Junction Centre Group, one of the largest shopping mall owners and operators in Myanmar, is introducing a series of support measures for its tenants and shoppers in view of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
To support retailers affected by COVID-19, Junction Centre Group will be offering customised support for tenants catered to their specific needs and challenges. The support includes rental relief such as rental rebates and rescheduling of rental payments; targeted marketing assistance; and increasing mall-wide marketing promotions. The Group is currently collaborating with food & beverage tenants to offer up to 30% discount to shoppers who dine at the malls’ food & beverage outlets.
For shoppers, Junction Centre Group has taken precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of our visitors. All Junction Centres will offer free face masks, hand sanitizers, and body temperature screening at our customer service counters. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in the Centre’s public areas.
